This past Sunday, we had over 50 wonderful people come to our kickoff West Coast Swing dance in Fredericksburg at Strictly Ballroom! We are so thankful to everyone for all the support as we work to build a warm, welcoming community in the Fredericksburg / Spotsylvania, VA area. We call ourselves “Spotsy Westies.” 
About Us!
Mané & Roger
We have both been dancing and teaching dance for decades!
Mané Rebelo-Plaut studied and competed in gymnastics for several years before studying ballet, jazz, and modern. She danced professionally with Lisbon Dance Company, Nicholas Rodriguez, and DanceCompass, and in an Off-Broadway show.
Roger Plaut studied ballet from a young age and danced professionally with the Joffrey Ballet, Zurich Ballet, and Washington Ballet.

If you have previously taken our Basic Beginner series, you can join on a drop-in basis for $20 per class, payable in person; or you can register for both this series and Level 2 for a total of $150.
Basic Beginner Series at Fredericksburg Yoga & Wellness
September 16 through October 21
- Wednesdays, 7–8:15 pm at Fredericksburg Yoga & Wellness, 6320 5 Mile Centre Park #319, Fredericksburg, VA.
- Six-week introductory West Coast Swing series!
- $100 per student.
- No experience necessary! We’ll rotate partners during class, so you’re welcome to attend by yourself or bring a partner.
- If you have previously taken our Basic Beginner series, you can join on a drop-in basis for $20 per class, payable in person; or you can register for both this series and Level 2 for a total of $150.

If you have previously taken our Level 2 series, you can join Level 2 on a drop-in basis for $20 per class, payable in person; or you can register for both Levels 2 and 3 for a total of $150.
Levels 2 & 3 Series at Fredericksburg Yoga & Wellness
September 12 through October 17
- Saturdays at Fredericksburg Yoga & Wellness, 6320 5 Mile Centre Park #319, Fredericksburg, VA.
- Join our Six-week West Coast Swing series!
- $100 per student.
- Level 2: 2–3:15 PM or Level 3: 3:15–4:30 PM.
- Prerequisite: Completion of our Basic Beginner series or permission of the instructors.
- If you have previously taken our Level 2 series, you can join Level 2 on a drop-in basis for $20 per class, payable in person; or you can register for both Levels 2 and 3 for a total of $150.
